Instructional Design

 

As a core part of learning and practice in IST Master's program, I've learned the theories and have the chance to practice in different real projects on team basis.

 

Throughout the whole learning and practice process, I've mastered the methods to write design document to record the major elements and main process of instruction. And I could use the e-learning development platforms, which help to unwrap and realize ideas whether in written or in thought, to create learning or instruction modules. Especially, I have known the best way to participate in a team to conduct a project. In the design teams, beyond the obligation of team rules, the brainstorming during team meetings and attentive spirit, the most important part is the good communication with teammates, in terms of keeping the channel open, mutual trust and understanding and sharing responsibilities.

 

I've participated in brainstorming, designing and writing in a single part of the module, preparation of presentation, final project producing. Using my experience, techniques and skills, I contributed a lot to both of the teams.

1) “Indiana University Bloomington Cross-Culture Workshop(IUBCCW)”

The Workshop for a university's faculty's cultral awareness of International students.

 

 

 

 

2)“Networking Coach”

An online training program of networking for graduate students
