Needs analysis and Evaluation are the first and final stage of a instructional design. Through learning and practice, I have been trained to have very strong awarness of the importance of listening to the stakeholders, considering environmental afacts (including the politics of an organization) and interpreting the data on the basis of postiveness.

 

The projects I've participated are real projects, which are

1) (Needs Analysis and Assessment) Data Querying needs assessment for Graduate Studies Office of a college school

 

2) (Evaluation) Evaluating a new document management system of Graduate Studies Office of a college school

 

Both projects were conducted on a team basis.
